Dear Parents,

In the next few days we will be sending home notes with your child to advise IF your child will be upgrading to a higher age/ ability category before term 2 ends. This is to ensure if your child has been upgraded you are aware as early as possible so you are able to make alternative arrangements should your child need to move class category / age / day or time. This is also to ensure you can still adhere to the below dates for booking as per recommendations on the note as if you had to wait for the certificates you would have missed priority booking dates.

PLEASE NOTE IF THE UPGRADE IS DUE TO AGE YOU MUST MOVE UP TO THE NEXT AGE LEVEL EVEN IF IT MEANS CHANGING DAY/TIME. HOWEVER IF THE UPGRADE IS DUE TO ABILITY THE MOVE IS OPTIONAL. WE WILL INSIST THE MOVE FOR OUR SEPTEMBER TERM.

Please see details below on the specific booking dates and deadlines for booking for our next term. It is very important you adhere to these dates and deadlines to ensure all members have a fair opportunity to reserve their place. Please follow the recommendations on the note your child will be given. Of course if you miss the deadline you must also appreciate that it is only fair that we give other members a fair opportunity to book the place.

REFERRAL REWARD SCHEME:

EGC values it’s members and would like to give back. We have put a referral scheme in place. Any existing member that recommends our club to another family and that family sign their child up to term 3, will recieve a €5 discount.

*NOTE WHEN REGISTERING THE NEW MEMBER MUST REFERNCE THE EXISTING PARENTS NAME AND THEIR CHILDS NAME IN ORDER FOR US TO ALLOCATE THE DISCOUNT.

*ALSO THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF DISCOUNTS AN EXISTING MEMBER CAN RECIEVE PROVIDED THEIR NAME IS REFERENCED EACH TIME WHEN A NEW MEMBER REGISTERS.

Booking for Existing Members that wish to REMAIN in the same Class they are currently attending:
Thursday 1stMarch-7thMarch

From Thursday 1st March-7th March  all members that wish to remain in their existing class will have priority when booking for Term 3. Please note they must still fit the specific criteria. BOOK HERE

 Booking for Existing Members that wish to CHANGE from the Class they are currently attending: Monday 12thMarch 

From Monday 12th March all members that wish to change  from their existing class must book their new class within these dates. If there is availability thereafter you may still book but places cannot be guaranteed. BOOK HERE 

Other Terms and Conditions of Booking:

Please note you must move class if your child is no longer fitting the age criteria.

It is your responsibility to ensure you book your child’s class. As all classes are being booked online please understand that it is no longer within our control if you lose your child’s place by not booking on time. If the place is no longer available online contacting us wont change that as all places will be booked on a 1st come 1st served basis.

All places not secured before 23rd March will be released to the general public thereafter.

Please do not assume if you are paying by standing order that your place is secure – it isn’t! You must go through the booking process.

Any members that have arrears or an outstanding balance on their account will not be able to secure a place in Term 3 so please ensure your account is settled, as if you proceed to book online it will be null in void.

Please do not attempt to book for friends or relatives as you will be the point of call for fees if fees are not paid.

Acceptable Payment Methods:

1: Full payment with online booking.

2:Standing Order- If you wish to pay weekly/monthly going forward we are happy for you to set up a standing order. This must be communicated with the reception and we must recieve the 1st payment in our bank account before 9th April. A €10 late fee will apply for any payments after 5th as it will result in our staff having to reconcile all statements again.

3: Cash @ Reception- can be taken after online booking is made. To book, select “EGC office only” and ensure payment is made in cash at the reception the SAME DAY OR YOUR BOOKING WILL BE NULL IN VOID.

NB: IRRELEVENT OF WHICH METHOD YOU CHOSE ALL TERM FEES MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE THE 9th OF APRIL.

The Term 3 Timetable will only be accessible if you Log In.If the system does not recognise your email, please Create A New Account or change password.
